How you receive your files

After payment, your files are delivered digitally by download link and/or email.

Delivery time

• Ready-made products: usually within minutes, and at most 24 hours after payment.
• Personalised invites: within 24–48 hours after we receive your details.

There are no shipping charges.

Not received?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still have not received your files within 24 hours, contact us with your payment reference and we will send them.
